In our time, state housing certificates (GHS) are a very convenient and popular way of purchasing housing in our time. GHS gives the right to get a gratuitous subsidy for the purchase of housing. Only a citizen of the Russian Federation can become the owner of such a certificate. The holder of the certificate has the right to purchase housing in the primary or secondary real estate market throughout the Russian Federation, but only for legal entities and individuals (a) specified in the certificate. The premises must comply with all the requirements of the sanitation and equipment installed in the city or rural areas. The owner of the GHS is granted the right: 1) professional free consultations on any issues related to the receipt of dwelling (private house, apartment, part of the house); 2) the choice of the apartment in the house under construction, if the apartment meets your wishes and all regulatory requirements; 3) free Consultations of experts, if there are no funds for the purchase of housing improved layout, receiving a mortgage loan; 4) assistance to a specialist-Rieltor to represent the interests of the certificate owner before the seller of the premises; 5) professional support of the sale and sale transaction with the meager commission; 6) conducting an audit of the apartment, regarding the legal legitimacy of all legal documents of the purchase and sale transaction; 7) ensuring the registration of insurance compensation for the apartment. State housing certificates have the right to acquire private and legal entities: employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, employees of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation, military personnel, pensioners (persons who are supported by the state), young families. The use of GHS and other persons over 18 years old, who undertake to rationally use them and having a stable income, is not forbidden.
