In family psychology, the concept of a family begins to count when a certain individual grew up and began to live independently, moving away from his parents. In Russia, such a department of the young generation from older relatives is very often accompanied by great difficulties, due to material and moral reasons. The life of a lonely young man is the first stage of family life. The guy’s need is a convenient one -room apartment with a small kitchen. The second stage of life is an already established couple that lives together, but so far without kids. Do we have housing in the real estate market that corresponds to the needs of such couples that live from 3 to 5 years like that, constantly devoting a lot of time to service and spending free hours together? The birth of children is the third stage. During this period, people move away from the city to give their children a great opportunity to breathe fresh clean air. When their children grow up, they begin to need special infrastructure for their development, sports, and getting education. But when the children grew up and separated, the family must again change the place of residence, so as not to maintain unnecessary large areas, do not pay for extra electricity and other services. Many Europeans live according to this plan.
