The hotel, which is located in the infrastructure of the shopping center or simply nearby, usually attracts guests with its own additional services. As many people know, various promotions are constantly held there, loyalty programs are being implemented, as well as relevant events. This information became known after the official statement of the hoteling press center and restaurateurs of the whole country. At the next meeting of the Marketing Committee, which took place on July 19 and was initiated by a club of hoteliers and restaurateurs, about 30 relevant specialists in this field were collected. All of them were collected in order to discuss the general concept of hotels in the infrastructure of the shopping center and hotels, which in the future should sit next to large airports. In accordance with the analysis of world practice, more active development of hotels under the shopping center is observed in many Asian countries. Such countries include China, the UAE, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand and some other regions. As for our country, we have a small practice in this regard. This is caused by several basic reasons. The main reason today is the stereotypical thinking of Ukrainian customers, as well as investors. At the moment, only 5 similar complexes are operating officially. These complexes are exclusively domestic. The main thing in this case is to properly place the complex, since quite passable areas should be located at the site of its location. Hotels and large shopping malls are very well combined, such buildings simply do not have significant minuses.
