Why raised the rental prices of summer cottages: reasons

As it turned out, the greed of our citizens has no limit. Summer has come, and with it the summer season has come. Many residents of Kyiv show a desire to rent a summer house in the summer, while preference is given to those dachas that are in the thirty -kilometer zone from the city. But how, it turned out, it would be quite difficult to rent a cottage this year, as real estate owners are asking for a rental of at least one and a half thousand dollars per month of rent. If we compare the requested amounts of rental dachas with the rental, which is proposed to be carried out in Cannes, it becomes clear that property owners clearly overstate prices. So the cottage in Cannes will cost you a maximum of a thousand dollars per month and this despite the fact that the rented cottage will have all the necessary amenities on the site, including the pool. Many understand this and therefore to rent cottages, are in no hurry. The summer season has already come, but according to preliminary estimates, more than four hundred dachas are currently empty. Today, if you find a cottage that is offered to be handed over for one and a half thousand dollars, then consider that you are largely lucky, since only fifteen percent of the owners set such a rental fee. The rest of the property owners offer to rent a cottage for five to ten thousand dollars a month. If you think that by renting a cottage for ten thousand dollars a month, you will get a paradise on earth, then you are deeply mistaken. You will get a house with a European repair and all the amenities end there, there is no pool or any other excesses. Thus, it should be expected that the number of empty summer cottages this year will not change, since it is better to relax with all the amenities in Cannes than to pay twice as much for rest under Kiev.
