Having documents and choosing a suitable object, the buyer must do several mandatory actions:- to find an independent Swiss notary for conducting a transaction;- sign a reserve agreement with the owner confirming your intentions;- make a deposit of about 10% on a notary’s trust account;- with it; to make and send a request to the canton to the transaction permission;- check the legality of the transaction and draw up a contract of sale;- transfer the amount of the transaction from the Swiss bank to the same trust account or provide a guarantee of any Swiss bank;- complete the deal by ourselves or entrust this by proxy another person;- register an agreement in the land book. Having become the owner, a foreigner must pay all expenses that are entitled to the transaction. As well as in the future to pay insurance, utilities and taxes – land, property tax and income.
