Why in Moscow they reduce development volumes

The metropolitan authorities continue to reduce the volume of development, which is carried out within the boulevard ring. At the moment, this figure has reached 200,000 square meters. This was announced by the head of the Department of Cultural Heritage of Moscow last week. If you compare this figure with the overall picture, it will come out that this is a very small volume of construction. Over the past 1.5 years alone, a total of about 2,000,000 square meters has been terminated. And this is only in the most central part of the city. All construction restrictions are the next step from the authorities of the capital in order to carry out legislation to restrict construction within the third transport ring. Many projects are still being built at the moment, but more of them have been reduced. At the moment, all Moscow capacities are aimed at the construction of the metro. In total, unknown profit from all unfinished objects pours out a fairly significant amount. Especially considering the fact that the average cost of one square meter, in accordance with terminated contracts, is approximately $ 10,000. In many projects, all technical and economic indicators, as well as the height and volume of buildings, had to significantly reduce. There are still some construction opportunities in Moscow at the moment. Only those who are ready to bring more than 10,000,000,000 dollars in the construction of such opportunities. The largest selection of such projects today is in the office segment of real estate.
