We are talking about data collected in April of this year in the field of pricing policy for apartments in standard houses of mass series. In particular, according to the materials of the NASI (National Association of cost engineering and estimated pricing), it became known that the rise in the cost of a meter of housing in the Moscow region reached 72.4 thousand. rubles, which is equal to 2.1 percent, and in the Yaroslavl region – only 48.6 thousand. rubles, but as a percentage of this indicator is as many as 2.2%.In addition, NPSI experts noted the same sharp increase in prices in Ulyanovsk, Perm and Kostroma, where the rise in price of housing was almost two percent. In numbers, this is, respectively, 34.3 thousand., 47 thousand and 38.7 thousand. rubles per square meter. The same data show that in the capital itself the average price for standard housing increased by half a percent in a month and reached an amount of 147.5 thousand per square. From the materials of the NASI it follows that in such apartment buildings of St. Petersburg at the end of April 2017, the average cost of a residential square increased by 0.8%, which amounted to, as noted in the study, almost 78 thousand rubles. Experts in their report noted the dynamics of growth in all studied regions and brought an average figure for a month for all 43 Russian cities-this is 0.8 percent. In this regard, the daily apartments in Kharkov began to be in great demand.
