Those who purchase housing with a cadastral value of at least $200 thousand can apply for a residence permit for the purchase of real estate. This status is suitable for those who plan to obtain citizenship – this option will be available in five years.
A residence permit based on ownership is issued without any problems if the requirements for the property are met.
