A prerequisite will be the insurance of a real estate object, as well as the life of a person who takes a loan.

If you want to settle in another country, you can buy housing in it, live for some time there and then get citizenship. However, often foreigners attract ads of the type of rent, so they willingly rent it and enjoy living in a foreign state. For some citizens, it is much more convenient, especially if they have a long -term visa.
